I started this website in 2013 while I was going to the Cisco boot-camp, in the learning center of Nevada.
It has been slowly growing ever since, more and more – just adding content over the weeks and months.
I wanted information that was hard for me to find, to all go in a place I can find instantly. Along with posting about myself and anything else truly useful that I find.
You all give me encouragement to take this to the next level. You are all the reason I even feel like posting today.

James Wallace alleged that Bill Gates was “no choir boy” in his early days.
The former Seattle Post-Intelligencer investigative reporter, who wrote two books about the Microsoft co-founder in the ‘90s, wondered if the billionaire would go back to his hard-partying bachelor days now that his marriage to Melinda Gates is over.
“A lot of those Microsoft kids back then, they were young guys in pizza-stained t-shirts for two or three days working on software code,” he told the U.K.’s DailyMail on Monday. “Then they would have some pretty wild parties, where they would go out and get strippers in Seattle and bring them over to Bill’s home. He wasn’t a choir boy back then, he wasn’t just this little computer nerd. He did have a life back then.”
According to the outlet, Wallace detailed Gates’ alleged “naked parties” in the 1997 book “Overdrive: Bill Gates and the Race to Control Cyberspace.” At the time, Wallace claimed Gates would throw “wild bachelor parties” and “visit one of Seattle’s all-nude nightclubs and hire dancers to come to his home and swim naked with his friends in his indoor pool.”
Wallace also alleged that the chairman’s “womanizing” also put a strain on his relationship with Melinda while they were dating.
“Though Gates began dating French [Melinda’s maiden name] in 1988, he continued to play the field for a while, especially when he was out of town on business, when he would frequently hit on female journalists who covered Microsoft and the company industry,” he wrote, as quoted by the outlet.
“His womanizing was well known, although not well reported, because Gates and Microsoft spoon-fed stories to industry writers for such papers as the New York Times, and none of them wanted the flow of information to stop,” Wallace alleged.
“French was well aware of Gates’ womanizing, and consequently their relationship ran hot and cold,” the author also claimed. “At one point, they broke up for nearly a year, reportedly because Gates refused to make any kind of commitment. When they got back together again in 1992, however, the relationship grew closer and stronger.”

The Gateses met after Melinda began working at Microsoft as a product manager in 1987. They married in 1994.
According to the outlet, former Microsoft executive Vern Raburn corroborated the book’s allegations.
“Being naked in a pool is no big deal,” the aerospace entrepreneur told the outlet. “There’s a difference between being naked in a pool with a whole bunch of other people, and being naked in a pool with somebody else, or in bed with somebody else.”
The Eclipse Aviation founder said that “to the best of my knowledge,” Gates was faithful to Melinda after their 1994 marriage.
“I never saw any of that,” he told the outlet. “Certainly prior to their marriage, yeah. Bill liked to party. But I never saw any of that after the marriage.”

“In fact, I had dinner with him one night,” the 70-year-old continued. “He said he was very proud of the fact that he hadn’t done any of that since he got married.”
Raburn insisted that the Gateses are “good people.”
“I truly hope Bill and Melinda end up being happy,” said Raburn. “I went through a divorce myself maybe 12 years ago. Anybody who tells you they have a good divorce, they’re lying through their teeth.”
The former couple announced they are divorcing but would keep working together at the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, one of the largest charitable foundations in the world.
In identical tweets, the Gateses said they had made the decision to end their marriage of 27 years.
“We have raised three incredible children and built a foundation that works all over the world to enable all people to lead healthy, productive lives,” they said in a statement. “We ask for space and privacy for our family as we begin to navigate this new life.”
Court documents obtained by People magazine showed that Melinda filed for divorce and stated in the petition that their marriage was “irretrievably broken.” The documents also revealed that the Gateses don’t have a prenuptial agreement in place, but will divide their assets according to a separation agreement.
Bill Gates was formerly the world’s richest person and his fortune is estimated at well over $100 billion. How the couple ends up settling their estate and any impact on the foundation will be closely watched.
Time magazine previously reported that before Gates met Melinda, he dated Ann Winblad, a software entrepreneur and venture capitalist. Although the couple split in 1987, they still shared a strong bond.

Currently Donald J. Trump has surged past Ted Cruz in Iowa, while Hillary Clinton is holding a three-point lead over Bernie Sanders, according to the final Des Moines Register/Bloomberg Politics poll before the Iowa caucuses.
Trump leads Texas Sen. Ted Cruz by 5 points.
Trump captures the support of 28 percent of likely caucus-goers, compared to 23 percent for Cruz, 15 percent for Florida Sen. Marco Rubio and 10 percent for former neurosurgeon Ben Carson.
On the Democratic, the data shows Clinton up over Sanders 45 to 42 percent, with just three percent for former Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley.
F-35 Stealth Fighter Jet will finally make its debut appearance in the UK this summer.
Crowds of plane enthusiasts are expected to turn up to see the F-35 when it appears at displays in July.

The United States Marines have confirmed they intend to fly two of the new Lockheed Martin planes to the UK for their first ever appearance. They are expected to appear at both the Farnborough Air Show and the Royal International Air Tattoo in Gloucestershire.
Four F-35s are currently being used for training and testing in the US.
US sources said another American stealth fighter, the F-22 could also make an appearance at UK shows this summer.
Michael Fallon, the Defence Secretary, said their appearance would be “a significant milestone”.
Britain has said it will have 48 of the jump jet F-35Bs by 2023 and will eventually go on to buy a fleet of 138.
Britain’s first F-35s should be combat ready by 2018.
The £70 million each combat jets will be called the Lightning II in the UK and be flown by the RAF and Royal Navy.
Lt Gen Jon Davis Deputy, US Marines commandant for aviation, said: “The US Marine Corps is looking forward to demonstrating the capabilities of the F-35B Lightning II in the skies over the United Kingdom this July,”
He said a joint US Marine Corps and UK detachment would use the flights to work more closely together. British and American crews have worked side by side to develop the fighters and US jets will also fly from the Navy’s new aircraft carriers.
The F-35 program ran into technical problems and cost overruns for years, but officials say it has improved and that costs have fallen for the past five years.
Besides Britain, seven other countries helped fund development of the jets: Norway, Australia, Canada, Denmark, Turkey, Italy and the Netherlands. All but Canada and Denmark have since ordered jets, as have Israel, Japan and South Korea.

Ninety years ago today a moving head on a screen made history. It was the first public demonstration of live television.
The mechanical television, also known as “the televisor” worked a bit like a radio, but had a rotating mechanism attached that could generate a video to accompany the sound. It preceded the modern television, which creates images using electronic scanning.
In 1924 Baird managed to transmit a flickering image across a distance of 10 feet and the following year, he had a breakthrough when he achieved TV pictures with light and shade.
Within two years this flicker was the face of a woman who was in a different room.
The historic 1926 public display took place on January 26, in a lab in Soho in front of members from the Royal Institution and a journalist from the Times.
Although the pictures were small, measuring just 3.5 by 2 inches, the process was revolutionary. “The image as transmitted was faint and often blurred, but substantiated a claim that through the ‘televisor,’ as Mr Baird has named his apparatus, it is possible to transmit and reproduce instantly the details of movement, and such things as the play of expression on the face,” wrote the reporter from the Times after the demonstration.
As innovative as the demonstration had been, the journalist wasn’t convinced that it would take off.
“It has yet to be seen to what extent further developments will carry Mr Baird’s system towards practical use,” they wrote.
Still, that was better than the reaction of the Daily Express newspaper who, when Baird approached them with the invention in 1925, kicked him out.
The news editor at the time said: “For God’s sake, go down to reception and get rid of a lunatic who’s down there. He says he’s got a machine for seeing by wireless!”
Following his demonstration in 1926, he developed colour TV and brought out the world’s first mass produced television set in 1929.
In September last year, an anonymous donor stepped in to prevent a recording of Baird’s first transmission of transatlantic television pictures being sold to private collectors overseas.
The materials, which include a disc featuring what has been described as one of the world’s earliest surviving video recordings, are now stored at the University of Glasgow along with much of the Scottish inventor’s other work.
An asking price of £78,750 was put on the “treasure trove” archive and an export bar was placed on the lot to see if any British buyers would step in.
The purchase of the collection was made possible with the financial support of a businessman from Baird’s hometown of Helensburgh, Argyll and Bute, who wished to remain anonymous.
The recording and radio log books, used by assistant Benjamin Clapp, contain the world’s first-known use of the acronym TV.
The donor, who wanted to remain anonymous, said: “[The collection] charts such an important period of modern engineering history, so I felt it could not, and should not, leave these shores to move abroad. It needs to be shared for future generations.
“John Logie Baird was a Helensburgh man and a Scottish pioneer who helped change the world, and with his ties to the University of Glasgow I think it is only right and proper that this important collection should be coming to the university, and hopefully it will help inspire future pioneering engineers.”
The phonovision shellac disc, dating back to September 20 1927, is the world’s oldest-surviving 78rpm video recording and features pictures of Stookie Bill, the ventriloquist’s dummy Baird used when developing his revolutionary mechanical scanning broadcasts.
It was recorded during his transatlantic television trials but was not actually transmitted until February 9 1928, marking one of Baird’s earliest television broadcasts.
The University of Glasgow already owns a vast collection of Baird’s work. He was a student at the university from 1914, studying engineering.
He cut short his studies when he tried to voluntarily sign up for national service in 1915 but was turned down on health grounds.
Professor Anton Muscatelli, principal of the University of Glasgow, said: “We’re proud of the fact that John Logie Baird is an alumnus of the University of Glasgow, and so it is fitting and immensely exciting that these important items, which catalogue the world-changing work he was conducting at the time of his engineering breakthrough, are preserved here in Scotland and at the university where he studied.”
Who was John Logie Baird?
Baird was a Scottish engineer and inventor born in 1888 in Helensburgh, Scotland. He was the youngest of four sons of a clergyman.
From 1914 to 1915, Baird was a student at the University of Glasgow, reading engineering.
He cut short his studies when he tried to voluntarily sign up for war duties in 1915, but was turned down on health grounds.
Baird went on to dominate TV innovation for three decades.
After the 1926 display, Baird continued to develop the mechanical TV and in 1927 he transmitted content across a 438 mile long telephone line between London and Glasgow.
